Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or return a product, he/she must communicate this unequivocally within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by sending an email to info@monpetitpython.com. This email must also indicate the reference code of the order, your name and delivery address, as well as the date on which the purchase was made.

The product shall be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to exchange or return the product has been communicated in accordance with the previous paragraph.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent and together with its accessories and original packaging. Otherwise the exchange or return will not be accepted. 

The refund of the amounts paid, in the case of returns, or the difference in price, in the case of exchanges, will be made by the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction within 30 calendar days following the date on which we receive the product.

The costs of the first exchange or the first return are borne by Monpetitpython, we will send a courier to your address to pick up the package.

The costs of subsequent exchanges or returns are borne by the customer, in this case remember that until the product is not in our warehouse is under your responsibility, so it is advisable to make the shipment by courier or registered mail.
